Project Overview
The Daikin Vietnam Headquarter Building is a high-standard office development located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, designed to provide a modern, professional, and efficient working environment.
The project requires strict control over finishing quality, aesthetics, and functional performance, especially for office spaces where comfort, durability, and visual appearance are critical.
Within this project, THAI NHAT VIET CO., LTD (TNV) participates as a finishing subcontractor, delivering key interior works that contribute directly to the overall quality and usability of the building.

Scope of Work – THAI NHAT VIET
THAI NHAT VIET is responsible for the supply and installation of interior finishing systems, including:
1. Gypsum Wall & Ceiling System
2. Carpet Flooring System
3. Vinyl Flooring System
4. Raised Floor System

Technical Characteristics
The finishing systems installed by TNV are designed to meet office building standards:
High aesthetic quality and precision finishing 
Good acoustic performance (carpet, ceiling systems) 
Durability and wear resistance for high-traffic areas 
Flexible systems supporting modern office layouts 
Compatibility with MEP and IT infrastructure systems 

Construction Method
THAI NHAT VIET applies a controlled construction process:
Preparation Phase
Review of approved shop drawings 
Material approval and mock-up (if required) 
Site inspection and layout setting 
Installation Phase
Installation of gypsum wall and ceiling systems 
Execution of flooring systems (carpet, vinyl) 
Installation of raised floor system with precise leveling 
Coordination with MEP systems 
Finishing Phase
Surface finishing and cleaning 
Quality inspection and defect rectification 
Final handover 

Quality & Safety Management
Compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements 
Continuous supervision by QA/QC engineers 
Strict finishing quality control (alignment, joints, surface flatness)
