EAST PACIFIC FOODS FACTORY – SANDWICH PANEL WORKS

Project Overview
The East Pacific Foods Factory Project, located in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park (Binh Duong), is a modern food processing facility requiring high standards in thermal insulation, hygiene, and durability.
Within this project, THAI NHAT VIET CO., LTD (TNV) is assigned as the subcontractor specializing in sandwich panel installation, focusing on key construction areas that directly impact the building envelope and internal controlled environments.

Scope of Work – THAI NHAT VIET
THAI NHAT VIET is responsible for the supply and installation of sandwich panel systems in the following main categories:
1. External Sandwich Panel (Facade)
Installation of sandwich panel cladding for building exterior 
Ensuring weather resistance, waterproofing, and thermal insulation 
Coordination with structural steel frame and facade system 
2. Internal Panel System (Wall & Ceiling)
Installation of panel wall partitions inside the factory 
Installation of panel ceiling systems for production areas 
Providing smooth, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surfaces 
Suitable for controlled industrial environments 
3. Cold Room Panel System
Installation of insulated panels for cold storage areas 
Ensuring high airtightness and thermal performance 
Installation of cold room joints, connections, and sealing systems 
Supporting stable temperature control for food storage 

Technical Characteristics
The sandwich panel systems installed by TNV meet the following requirements:
Core materials: PU / PIR panels (for high insulation performance) 
Excellent thermal insulation and energy efficiency 
High airtightness and moisture resistance 
Smooth surface suitable for food-grade environments 
Durable and resistant to industrial operating conditions 

Construction Method
THAI NHAT VIET implements a controlled and standardized installation process:
Preparation Phase
Review approved shop drawings 
Material inspection and approval 
Site survey and layout marking 
Installation Phase
Installation of supporting structures 
Erection of external facade panels 
Installation of internal wall and ceiling panels 
Installation of cold room panels with strict joint control 
Finishing Phase
Sealing joints using specialized sealants 
Surface cleaning and alignment check 
Final inspection and handover 

Quality & Safety Management
Compliance with approved method statement and technical specifications 
Continuous supervision by site engineers and QA/QC team
